No real downsides to be honest

I get to sell for multiple clients and keep 20% of GM from all sales with no cap. Training was fast and the team has been super supportive and helpful, so I hit the ground running.

Everyone's on contract temporarily, until the company selects benefits, etc., since they just opened, but it's amazing so far, so not really a con.
