The coworkers and the pay. The pay is very, very good for this area. Almost makes up for the mental torture.

Cons

Management!!! They scream and yell all the time unless you are a young, skinny, pretty girl. They get away with murder.

-Decent pay -Room and board paid for -month vacation at a time

Cons

-No real room for growth -to much favoritism and racism - leadership really doesn’t protect you they are more likely trying to get you fired or show favoritism towards certain employees -HR doesn’t help anyone but the management team, chief engineers, leads, etc.
