Employees have greater insight into job growth and opportunities as the company has grown. Trident is a great place for engineers looking to prove their skill sets and climb the ladder quickly.

As Trident has grown, more engineers have joined who do not understand the vision/mission for the company, and act like it's something it isn't (a place to focus on themselves, a place where they are entitled to promotions without being better than their peers, a place where they make the business decisions for the company). This makes it hard for those of us working to build strong technological foundations that can transform our industry.
