Pros

better than unemployment, offers health insurance.

Cons

Trinity has totally ruined Loyola Medical Center in Chicago. Miserable employees who lash out at each other and patients. Cost cutting to the point where patient care and communication is almost non-existent and employee stress levels are unbearable, not to mention unhealthy. I know of the patient care issues first hand, as a close family member is a frequent patient here. It is disturbing to not be able to encourage others to patronize your place of employment. Management heavy structure that takes away bodies that could be providing services to patients. Dealing with the corporate bodies at Trinity is torture. Most will ignore your question or request and then get hostile when you follow up to try to get an answer. What used to be a respected institution in the Chicago area has turned into a bad caricature of itself and word is starting to get out.

Pros

The Call Center can be relatively low stress during the daytime on weekdays. Evening and weekends are a bit more demanding. For how busy it can be it can also be just as slow so there is often time for a cool down or relaxing for a few moments.

Cons

Poor job training. Many people only get a few days of training and are then put on the phones and expected to handle any type of call that comes in, and if a question is raised to another employee or who ever is taking point, the their first response is usually to look it up among the dozens of different documents available that you barely had time to look at during training while on a call.
