I want to use this post to inform nurses here to know that Tryfacta will not pay you for referral bonus if you refer another nurse to Tryfacta. The method used to deny the referral bonus is “Since your contract has been completed and you are no longer with Tryfacta, we can not pay you” Working for Tryfacta is horrible, they mess with your timesheets too cutting your hours.

They try to clean up their self-created problems however I am out of patience with their ineptness.

Cons

I have had three different recruiters at this company, all of whom did not consistently communicate necessary information about upcoming interviews. They have put me through hell for several months. Run away!
