Nepotism, underskilled and undereducated management, siloed mentality in work areas, corporate teenagers, cliquish sophomoric employees, sniveling little gossipy people, back biters and back stabbers, undereducated and underskilled co-workers, lacking people skills and professional decorum, raises and promotions based on sucking up and brown nosing management, severe loyalty issues, retaliatory and defensive against anyone who speaks their mind and disagrees with management.
