Decent pay and good benefits as long as you suck up, you have a job for life...

Cons

Nepotism, underskilled and undereducated management, siloed mentality in work areas, corporate teenagers, cliquish sophomoric employees, sniveling little gossipy people, back biters and back stabbers, undereducated and underskilled co-workers, lacking people skills and professional decorum, raises and promotions based on sucking up and brown nosing management, severe loyalty issues, retaliatory and defensive against anyone who speaks their mind and disagrees with management. Two faced hypocrites.

great interest in your safety and benifits. they are allways trying to provide the most compatable pay rate and really are a safety orientated company

Cons

the girls at the employment office windows will not give you the time of day it seems unless you are a hip hop pant sagging dude with the ball cap sideways which in my opinion sends men with the most experience out the door
