Great company, Great benefits, Great long term work and environment

Cons

The one and only issue. THE SUPERINTENDENT on site for Turner. Fire him and that place will be the absolute best place to work. Management is perfect, excluding him. He comes off as very racist.

They have great opportunities for advancement

Cons

There’s a foreman that likes to overload you with work mom-Thursday so he doesn’t have to come in on Friday. If you’re a woman trying to work in scaffold there you have to chance around Jorge Mendez. Turner has the right policies in place but don’t meet their own standards there.
