Healthcare Benefits, up to 2 weeks of paid vacation.

Cons

Horrible on-site manager without any professionalism. Lots of nepotism and "beating the system" to get buddies in. Under the table raises to friends and non-competitive pay for certain employees (Janitorial wages for skilled positions). No sick leave or room to grow/learn.
