- Many people are related which is strange. - Many cliques and hard to break in with the rest of employees. The cliques and raises/promotions are directly related. - Low pay - Promised training and raises were never delivered. - Many 'followers'... even management. - Plethora of meetings without any outcomes. - Rash to make massive decisions without weighing out pros/cons. - Benefits are not good. - Many of management has been there for YEARS and are very set in their ways.
