With respect to the cons, you are correct--contract work is not for everyone. We emphasize the nature of the work during the interview process in order that people know what they're getting into. On the flip side, as you have noted, we are not your standard "contractor" in that we don't hire people to fill seats on a contract. Rather, we use the opportunity generated by the contract to hire awesome new uncommon geniuses to grow, develop, and help build a career. Our growth rate (we are a four-times-and-running Inc 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America) allows us to continually open up new opportunities for our people. When you are no longer challenged in your current work, simply raise your hand and let us know. Without reprisal, we will seek to find a better fit for your growing skill sets.
