As a rapidly-growing company, we are intentionally entrepreneurial, seeking new opportunity spaces, making investments, testing the market, and moving on when necessary. "Failing fast" is a well-tested concept in this space, as articulated best, perhaps, by Eric Ries in his book, The Lean Startup. I realize to an engineer invested in a project, it can feel a little chaotic, and perhaps like we "never give an idea enough time to incubate." It is possible you are correct. It is also possible that your perspective is not informed by the full business picture. Our revenues the last four years have been $11M, $14M, $33M, and $38M, and we are poised this year to push the $50M mark, so it seems at face value that the market is giving us positive feedback and that the business strategy we are pursuing is working. But, hey, I'm only the CEO, so what do I know? Seriously, we have a very transparent leadership team and we're open to criticism. I invite a conversation on where you think we're headed astray.
