Cant write enough bad about this place. Even though the chief pilot cares about the instructors and students, the guys in charge of the money do not. They work you to death and pay you very little. Planes are always down for maintenance. The scheduling team is rude. Students fly maybe once a week because of plane availability. There are way too many students because the sales team is very good at lying and management is so greedy and doesn’t turn anyone down. This leads to students enrolling who don’t care about aviation at all and show up to lessons unprepared or dont show up at all. As an instructor I worked 72 hour weeks every single week and because were paid Hobbs time I got paid for MAYBE 7 of those hours and no benefits because were “part time” as instructors. In a good month i flew 80 hours a month. This place went to crap after summer 2022 and I’m so glad I left when I did.
