Aircraft are frequently down. If you're on day shift most likely one or more of your flights will be canceled due to aircraft availability. Not rare for a 12 hour day to turn into a 3 hour day.
Too structured. Everybody learns at different rates. Remember when you went through the FOI's? If a student isn't picking something up quick enough they get sent on review board for termination instead of taking the time to thoroughly teach them. Says more about the company than the student.
Major culture problem of yelling at students and in some cases making them do push-ups.
