Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.

Pros

They use Encompass and Optimal Blue. That's really it.

Cons

*Inexperienced Regional Managers *bait and switch compensation, job duties and responsibilities *CEO is abrasive and unprofessional *very high interest rates *cheap, cheap, cheap. Pay for your own business cards, supplies, and coffee for the office *company is full of nepotism *30 days is called a rush for a purchase closing *comp structure encourages steering *customers come last in all scenarios *outsources underwriting to MI companies vs hiring adequate staff *Producing Managers labeled as "the one to beat" *no sales support or coaching *don't honor what their help desk advises *every file will get suspended. You will spin your wheels for a week until you've finally had enough and complain to the svp of underwriting. She'll then jump in and you'll go from suspended to ctc. Everyone else will hate you for escalating. *If you bring an Ops partner, be prepared for them to get ran out of the company if they don't conform to their terrible business practices. *you will NOT be competitive in this market. The company lacks proper respa/Dodd Frank/TRID/TILA/ECOA knowledge that will impact your loans/business. *No West Coast support hours. Locking shuts down along with all ops support at 3:00pm. *very expensive benefits h&w HD HSA plan over $900 a mo *no hsa or 401k employer match *zero training offered or received
