Team work, loan program options. Leadership, technology.

Cons

They only con we had was the technology which we have pushed way ahead in the past 2 years and now are leading the path in our markets.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
