USA Mortgage is a great place to work. Everyone I work with is working towards the same goal...to get the job done in the most efficient and painless way for our clients while staying compliant with the ever changing guidelines. We all work so well together and help one another when necessary.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
