The training, support for sales and operations, and perks for employees are excellent.

Cons

No cons. You really have to show up and show them you're there to build. And apply what you are learning. Utilize all the tools they provide to succeed.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
