Pros

I work here because we have the tools and tech of a big box shop, but the personal touch, culture, local lender feel and creativity of a small mom n pop shop. The ESOP also makes a world of difference.

Cons

The only downside I can really think of was that because of the small size, name recognition was an obstacle at first, but that passed quickly.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
