Pros

A supportive team atmosphere all with a common goal.

Cons

In an effort to be as transparent and inclusive as possible there are a good number of meetings. Not required to attend most but I try to stay updated on the happenings.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
