The ESOP is an added bonus but doesn’t earn much, expedited rush requests, efficient support with difficult scenarios, Product availability and guidance. Senior management is understanding and will help with solutions whenever needed.

Cons

Raises and reviews are not done on a regular basis, heavy on micro managing employees, OPs is not prioritized.

Pros

Coworkers can be cool not many other positives

Cons

They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door if your a good LO. Your supposed to get shares every year for being an owner they really hype that up and make it look good but you can’t find any information or balance once in. Systems and technology seem outdated. Rates are extremely high and training is terrible.
