      Pros

      Started off with a good centralized design org and there design system and org is pretty mature. Fostered a supportive and helpful designer community.

      Cons

      Started dismantling the central design org last couple years by not replacing head of design role, decentralizing design org, laying off a lot of various level designers, and may remove all design in-house by next year.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
