      Pros

      Flexible schedules, excellent pay and benefits, CEO is constantly praising the organization results.

      Cons

      Long, busy, demanding, management says one thing and expects another-we should work for commission based on the way our performance is measured. They claim to promote from within yet more jobs are recruited externally than internally which is very frustrating. Getting beat down by management on a weekly basis is very discouraging.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
