      Pros

      401k match of 8% contribution on retirement. Higher then most places match for their 401k and employees. Not really bad health care insurance.

      Cons

      This company lacks focus on Technology. On boarding and new hire training is mediocre at best. Work life balance is not existent even for tech. They also pay below industry standard for experience and position. They use their bonuses to negotiate a lower salary.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
