Pros

Great pay and bonuses. They make you think they care about their employees. Good benefits. Good system for providing innovative ideas.

Cons

Terrible micro-management. VERY busy call volume with no time to breathe in between calls, with only a 30 min lunch and two 20 min breaks. Very high pressure from management to sell things to members, even when they have just reported an accident. If you can't do 20 things at once and sell stuff, don't even bother. Expect to know all days you want off by November of the year before when you bid for time off. Don't expect to get any holidays off until you have worked there for at least 5 years. The employees are only looking out for themselves and if you do something wrong, get ready to be tattled on to your manager and then be reprimanded like a 5 yr old.
