Declining talent pool within IT -Struggling to attract new talent to home office in IT. (The root cause for the new office in Plano) -High turn over rate (Unhealthy attrition rate in the IT department I worked. Approximately half internal and half external. Developers in other departments were consistently not interested in moving to IT department I worked). Work/life balance Management is not engaged in day to day IT operations.
