      Easy work, easy to stand out, very laid back, no need to learn new things, room for promotion based on length of tenure, lots of PTO

      Cons

      Promotion based exclusively on time in position over merit, pockets of sexism and prejudice, not enough compelling work, pay including bonus is not competitive, technology is very outdated

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
