Pros
-Benefits are decent -Campus has lots of amenities like Starbucks and gyms -Current company management (Robles) has a positive attitude and outlook -Pay is good, at least for my profession -They look out for the member, they are not trying to rip people off
Cons
-In my department they adhere to a rigid management hierarchy. If you are not in management your opinion may not be heard, even though you are an outstanding contributor -In my department they had unwritten lists of who was slated for advancement and who was to be kept in a holding pattern -They do things in a way somewhat different than other companies. They have simple insurance and investment products centered around a call center advice environment. This is not inherently bad, but you have to learn to do things the "USAA way"
