Most of the people I’ve worked with have been inspired by our mission to serve our membership, and the company takes care of its employees. Typically, employees stay here at least 5-10 years — some even up to 30.
Cons
Executive management increasingly treats employees like statistics. Increasing focus on DEI objectives instead of providing best possible service for members.
