How can you say you support the military if you don't support your employees who were in the military - Senior Software Engineer USAA Employee Review

I know a decorated disabled vet less than a year before retirement who has been laid off. I think this is important because it is an indication of how they no longer seem to support employees who were in the military. They have fewer and fewer people in management (including Wayne Peacock - Peacock is the first chief executive without a military background to lead USAA in its 100-year history) I think these management changes are responsible for the cutbacks and layoffs. The USAA motto is "We know what it means to serve" how can that be true if the CEO doesn't?
