Get more people on the phones we are understaffed... i know we are growing which is great but not having team meetings, huddles, and time to catch your breath burns people out. They give unlimited over time which I love but I also cost USAA more money in the long run. In P&C had 6 Managers in 3 years, always have to prove yourself and each manager likes different things. In the end 97% get ME, make a true bell curve and cut the fat give out PM'S and reward hard workers with EE's.
