Pros
USAA from an IT perspective has some very good tooling and processes that are pretty solid and valuable to work in. For the most part they are using modern software frameworks and moving off of legacy platforms.
Cons
The culture is turning toxic at the executive level and moral is palpably low. Career progression is pretty much non-existent even for high performers, attrition is high and positions are not being backfilled, but the workload only increases despite having less resources.
