      Parasitically feeds on veterans, Auto-rejects qualified ones that have literally all the certifications the job asks for, Doesn't even bother to interview them or find out, despite the same resume getting me to last round of Amazon which thankfully sees the value in veterans. I was a member for 20 years, they are happy to over charge me for that time but can't even give me a five minute interview with a recruiter.

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
