Pros
The culture is very relaxed, and people are generally easy to work with. The office space is fantastic: tons of amenities like Starbucks, huge gyms, convenience stores, and multiple cafeterias. The half-off healthy lunch options are pretty cool. There’s also a lot of flexibility with working hours, so no one is too strict about when you come in or leave, as long as the work gets done.
Cons
The biggest downside is that they give exploding offers, which puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on candidates who are still weighing their options. It doesn’t reflect well on an otherwise caring culture when it comes to their employees. Compensation is also $73k base which is on the low end of what’s standard in the industry. While the benefits are decent, the company could be more competitive on pay.
