Pros
Convenient workplace for students, school and work in the same package. I work in a great department, which is really the best buffer against the insane policies of the administration.
Cons
Low pay, inflated employment requirements, lower tier workers are all workstudy students, no benefits, low hours. Food available on campus rivals the expense of that found in the airport, this includes the below grade cafeteria.
