Most minority group and international faculties aren't welcome AT ALL, they will frustrate you to leave. Let me not talk about the alarming attitude of the HR department to foreigners. The school is not SERIOUS about diversity, equity & inclusion. You will be depressed working here. Same applies to minority students too, you will regret coming to UVU. STAY AWAY
