It was terrible. Such a boys club, and you were treated differently if you weren’t LDS and didn’t go on a mission. Being a female working here was hard enough, but adding on top of it that you’re not apart of the dominant religion added a whole other layer of difficult. And, they expect you to work at any hour - get a text at like 930pm expecting you to drop what you’re doing and work, and it was a part time job? Absolutely not doing that.
