One of the best places I worked - Information Operator VIA Metropolitan Transit Employee Review

Worked in Call Center for bus information.If full time benefits are good, great part time job but no benefits. Ability to work from home for full timers IF selected. Lead information operator was awesome! She made working there great, VERY SMART and KNOWS HER JOB WELL. It would be a shame if you lost her. Most co workers were great and made time fly. Most management is okay with an exception of a few who can make it difficult to work there if you get on their bad side, some can be very vindictive.
