The bargain basement salary they pay. At least its something.

Cons

Unrealistic workloads, senior management breathing down your neck constantly, only feedback you get is negative, zero support and 20 things put in place to make your job harder to do instead of easier.

Vehicle allowance was solid and untaxed. Competitive on commercial plumbing/ commodity/ PVF. Understood rebates and took advantage to win commercial plumbing bid work.

Cons

Sales manager largely unavailable. Sales didn’t have access to quoting/ estimating tools, but getting a small HVAC quote put the door took several weeks. Since there was very limited bandwidth for estimating, new sales growth suffered in prioritizing only large existing accounts for sr. Reps
