Pros

Some co workers are talented and supportive. Paychecks arrive on time.

Cons

This place looked fine at first, but it didn't take long to see how broken it really was. Leadership talks big but clearly lacks real experience, and that gap turns into daily chaos for everyone else. The tone is straight up abusive when things go wrong, and HR cannot be trusted with anything sensitive. Upper management feels completely detached and only shows up to tighten control instead of helping people grow. Pay starts low, micromanagement is constant, and friendliness often feels fake and self-serving. The worst part was how progress was dangled in front of people but never actually. delivered They keep mentioning growth and opportunities, then months would pass with nothing changing. It slowly messes with your motivation when effort never leads anywhere. Communication was another mess. Decisions were made behind closed doors, then dumped on teams with no context or support. If something failed, the blame always flowed downward even when the direction made no sense to begin with. After a while, the environment just feels heavy. People keep their heads down, stop speaking up, and count the days until they can leave. When most of the capable staff are actively looking for exits, it tells you everything you need to know. People who have options leave fast, which says more than any company pitch ever could.

Pros

Salary was reasonable, and my coworkers were generally fine.

Cons

- No one had clear documentation on how anything was supposed to work, so each day felt like reinventing processes from scratch - Responsibilities were never defined, causing constant confusion about who was accountable for what - Decisions would change without explanation, leaving projects mid-stream with contradictory instructions - Communication between different areas was nonexistent, so duplication and rework happened constantly - No one knew who to ask for direction or approval, which meant projects either stalled or went in wrong decisions
