Pros

I have been working for a long time and have worked with numerous companies, both big and small. VSolvit ranks the top of my list of great companies to work for. My experience started the awesome recruiters and their very positive outlook. Then came onboarding process, it could not have been better. I work remotely so having equipment and being setup to work is important. All the equipment and instructions were flawless. I was actually able to put my timecard in on the first day. No sitting around waiting. Training was very good. The most important thing is the VSolvit culture. No matter what their title might be, the VSolvit employees are respectful and easy to work with. Being part of a team can sometimes not be a good thing but my team mates actually work for the good of VSolvit and not themselves (very rare to find). I am blessed to love what I do and to have the support of management and teammates makes work life at VSolvit extra special.

Cons

Honestly, I sure there are some. There is not a perfect company but I can only go by what I see and that is VSolvit Management and Employees doing the best that they can and continuing to striving to do better.

Pros

Salary was reasonable, and my coworkers were generally fine.

Cons

- No one had clear documentation on how anything was supposed to work, so each day felt like reinventing processes from scratch - Responsibilities were never defined, causing constant confusion about who was accountable for what - Decisions would change without explanation, leaving projects mid-stream with contradictory instructions - Communication between different areas was nonexistent, so duplication and rework happened constantly - No one knew who to ask for direction or approval, which meant projects either stalled or went in wrong decisions
