      For a short time we had a caring HR person and senior leadership, was gone within a few weeks

      A lot of turn over in higher up management, CEO was very hostile, low pay

      Opportunity to pave your own way and clear path for advancement with small teams and lots of turnover

      Cons

      Poor pay, promises from offer letter not adhered to. Lots of disorganization and intercompany disagreements. It was a very messy organization.
