Very top management not good - Anonymous employee VW Connect Employee Review

Management wants your input but in reality it’s all a smoke screen. It’s not wanted at all. I’ve seen it with other managers when they feel theyre not with the “team” they make their life difficult so much that they quit. So many great people who left and while they were working for them they’re the greatest but once they left very unpleasant things are said about them. So sad. If you work here be prepared to have no life outside of work. And expect never to have a pat on the back. The business was a great deal more profitable when the CEO’s father ran the business.
