Pros

Most, if not all, the leaders are very kind, supportive, and look out for you best interest/growth. That's not to say though they'll do everything for you. The amount of effort you put into your job will determine what you get out of it. Now there may be some bad apples I just haven't met yet. You can be rest assured though that if you feel there is any discrimination, bias, or mistreatment towards you in anyway that that's not tolerated by our company all the way up to the CEO. Life tip though: If you are going to call someone out on their behavior, make sure to cover your booty and document everything. Without proof, there is no case.

Cons

There are some issues in our trash collection department no doubt. There seems to be plans in place though to work through those issues and come up with a better system. Of course that takes time, so if you are interested in the trash side and want to be part of that change or want to wait it out that's up to you.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
