Pros

I moved thousands of mile to take a contract position for the first time in my career. Ten years later, in spite of several opportunities to transition to a different contract agency, I am still with Vanderhouwen. Many different agencies manage contract positions where I work, and Vanderhouwen stands out as one of the best. They provide excellent support to their contractors, and the benefits are better than I ever expected from a contract position. Finally, the staff are compassionate and kind.

Cons

It is a contract gig.

Pros

Friendly staff who actually work with you to get a job, and I like how they send reminders to submit the weekly time sheet for pay. I'm also surprised by their honesty and transparency with their hiring process.

Cons

There are no cons about this place, at least not for me.

Everyone is supportive and really care about their employees and make an effort to address any issues.

Cons

No cons so far, if you do what you're hired for and communicate if anything comes up, you're in good hands.
