Pros

Health insurance was fine, I guess.

Cons

Look, I came in energized but vasion is just.... stuck. The manager would spend weeks deliberating on things that should take a day, and then half the team would interpret the decision differently anyway because nothing was ever communicated clearly, which honestly gets old. You could pitch ideas and get nodding heads and "we'll circle back on that," and then six months later nothing happened — no follow-up, no closure, just radio silence. It felt less like a company moving forward and more like everyone was in some kind of holding pattern, waiting for someone else to move first, and the uncertainty just eats at you. The whole place has the deflating energy where initiative gets swallowed by the machine, and you know nothing's actually going to change no matter how hard you try. By the end I was just watching the clock, not because of the work itself, but because staying felt pointless.

Pros

Different projects provide opportunities to work with a variety of software solutions and business requirements. Expectations are realistic, and responsibilities are explained clearly from the beginning. Staff members are approachable whenever technical questions come up. The experience provides practical understanding that supports long-term technical growth.

Cons

The workload stays busy, and there is rarely much downtime during the day.

Pros

The team I worked with directly was genuinely capable and hardworking. I only wish the rest of the organization understood or valued what we were building.

Cons

• Each team operated in isolation with little to no real information sharing. • Strong work was repeatedly duplicated or undermined because teams lacked visibility into each other’s efforts. • Projects often stalled due to unclear or poorly communicated handoffs. • Those in charge showed little urgency in fixing ongoing communication breakdowns. • Meetings frequently lacked context because key information was not shared across departments. • The structure made real collaboration nearly impossible, leaving individuals to constantly bridge gaps alone.
