Expectations are realistic, and responsibilities are explained clearly from the beginning. Staff members are approachable whenever technical questions come up. The experience provides practical understanding that supports long-term technical growth.

The workload stays busy, and there is rarely much downtime during the day.

The team I worked with directly was genuinely capable and hardworking. I only wish the rest of the organization understood or valued what we were building.
