Pros

Great co-workers and middle management. Facilities are nice to come to work in.

Cons

Please see PrinterLogic reviews for a more accurate sample size. Beware of the 5 stars, cut them in half. Employees were highly encouraged with a GDoor blitz of positive reviews to up their score on the new company name. The executive team is devised of a "boys club" that pat each other on the back while spewing toxicity throughout the company. If you're not drinking the Wedig/Carter kool-aid, kissing the narcissistic ring or "fit the mold" you won't last long. Heaven forbid you have a difference of opinion or suggest how something could work better. If it's not the CEO's idea, don't even bother making a suggestion. There's zero diversity. They play favorites, HR is not there to protect you but to protect the company. There's zero concept of loyalty so don't expect any and nobody is ever "safe". I feel so bad for the CRO, he could have been great but succumbed to the kool-aid as well and very quickly became a yes man. FYI, anonymous surveys are not so anonymous, beware.

Pros

Different projects provide opportunities to work with a variety of software solutions and business requirements. Expectations are realistic, and responsibilities are explained clearly from the beginning. Staff members are approachable whenever technical questions come up. The experience provides practical understanding that supports long-term technical growth.

Cons

The workload stays busy, and there is rarely much downtime during the day.

Pros

The team I worked with directly was genuinely capable and hardworking. I only wish the rest of the organization understood or valued what we were building.

Cons

• Each team operated in isolation with little to no real information sharing. • Strong work was repeatedly duplicated or undermined because teams lacked visibility into each other’s efforts. • Projects often stalled due to unclear or poorly communicated handoffs. • Those in charge showed little urgency in fixing ongoing communication breakdowns. • Meetings frequently lacked context because key information was not shared across departments. • The structure made real collaboration nearly impossible, leaving individuals to constantly bridge gaps alone.
