Pros

As like with any startup, Veho can be a vehicle for your own personal success. At this stage of the company, the people who join today and do good work will move up very fast and I think Veho has the right business fundamentals and product offerings to be a really big business. The people are really smart but are also just good people. The company cares about people first--co-workers, drivers, clients, customers. You're in a position to build and influence the direction of the company and your department because everything is so early stage and a lot of processes don't exist. Transparency--strong feedback oriented culture and a lot of transparency around how the business is doing.

Cons

There are going to be some times where you have to get in the weeds and handle very task driven work no matter what your level is.

Pros

Fast growing company, incredibly engaged founders, most of the people that work here are fantastic people, little to no egos, everyone has one purpose in mind and its to see this company succeed. Peak season is a great view of how strong the company culture is at Veho: The boots on the ground initiative that happens every year truly shows how everyone is invested in Veho's success

Cons

It would be fantastic if the company matched 401-K contributions. Other than that there are no notes on my end, this is truly a fantastic place to come to work.

Pros

There are no pros for Veho at this point!

Cons

Veho needs to consider the satisfaction or rather dissatisfaction of the independent contractors who deliver their packages! On Sunday, July 19th, I took a four hour route for $120 in Atlanta. I waited in a car line for TWO HOURS, then another half hour once inside the hub to have my route brought to me so I could try to fit it into my car. That took another half hour! The four hour route turned into TEN HOURS when all of the waiting and unresponsive customers are taken into account. Several customers who live in gated communities were slow to respond or one never responded at all. Once I returned that package on Monday, I became eligible for “instant pay” but here we are on Wednesday and I’ve received NO MONEY. AND you want to score me because I didn’t finish on time?!? Really???
