Pros
Most companies today will regurgitate the same old spiel about how the company is growing, how it's diverse, how they promote from within, and every other "good" thing that an employee would want past a salary. Once you get in, things are the same as you'd see almost anywhere else, with a set in stone company culture that's remained unchanged for seemingly decades, with a few mostly meaningless gestures "tacked on" that align with the times but don't really provide any benefit. The difference with Veho is that they actually execute on these things. Employees are valued and are routinely asked to provide feedback that is used to further improve what is already a stellar place to work. People are routinely promoted from within the company. Diversity and inclusion are always a consideration when it comes to making any decision. Veho truly cares about it's people and their success. I go to work every day thinking about what I can do to make things better and am given the resources needed to do so. I truly believe that I am making a difference and helping contribute to the success of the company at Veho.
Cons
None to speak of, so far.
